David McCormick has been a literary agent since 1998, first at IMG Literary and then as co-founder of his own agency. He was previously an editor at The New Yorker and Texas Monthly. He is a co-editor of The Ultimate Golf Book.

Amy Williams began her publishing career as an editorial assistant at Doubleday. A literary agent since 1996, she has worked at The Gernert Company, ICM, and Collins McCormick.

Leslie Falk is the managing partner of the agency, overseeing its financial, operational and legal affairs. She has worked in book publishing for ten years and is a graduate of Brown University. She does not accept query letters.

Pilar Queen is a literary agent. She was previously an agent and foreign rights associate at Inkwell Management. Her interests include narrative non-fiction, practical non-fiction, and commercial women's fiction. She is a graduate of Northwestern University.

Bridget McCarthy is the editorial associate at McCormick & Williams. Previously, she was an intern at the David Black Agency. She is a graduate of Fordham University.

Susan Hobson is director of international rights at the agency. She has been working in foreign rights since 1998, primarily as a literary scout at Mary Anne Thompson Associates and then as a co-director of subsidiary rights at Inkwell Management.

Alia Hanna Habib is a literary agent, specializing in literary fiction, mysteries, narrative non-fiction, memoir and cookbooks. Previously, she was a publicist at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. She is a graduate of Barnard College.

Edward Orloff is a literary agent. Before joining the company he worked for six years at The Wylie Agency. Prior to Wylie he worked at Artforum, Film Comment, and Partisan Review. He is interested in literary fiction and narrative nonfiction, especially cultural history, politics, biography, and the arts.
